All of the high end fixtures were shipped in to the 123 Remodeling warehouse from different suppliers located in multiple cities in the U.S. The project required extra attention to detail as Mr. Kummer, the owner of the apartment who uses it as an investment property lives on the West Cost and communicated his vision of the project via email and phone. Another obstacle to overcome was the time factor as the new tenets of the property were eager to move in. Mrs. Caldwell - Chicago, IL Mr. & Mrs. Caldwell have been having flooding issues in there basement for years. 123 Remodeling was able to come in and do the proper repairs including new framing and concrete work. After numerous tests via the volatile Chicagoland climate we are happy to say that the Caldwells have not seen any more water in there basement. Mr. Kenneth Brister - Belwood, IL 123 Remodeling has a vast amount of experience in completing renovations to properties which have received violations from the municipalities of which they belong to. Mr. Brister received a violation in regards to his porch in January of 2009. We completed the necessary repairs and rehabbed the porch in it's entirety. Mr Brister's porch received a clean bill of health from the Belwood Inspector who completed the final inspection of his porch.
