| Lead Renovator Training Program Certificate |
This certificate documents the completion of the EPA Lead Training course in lead safety for renovation, repair, and painting. A new rule passed that all renovators, remodelers, plumbers, painters, electricians, window and door contractors, landlords and some building engineers are required to complete a training course conducted by the EPA if work is being done on all housing pre-1978 if you are going to disturb more than 6 square feet of interior paint or 20 square feet of exterior paint. |
