This brand new Chicago office space features an immense amount of space, mixing modern amenities with an open ceiling to give it an industrial feel. No-Voc paint has been used throughout the office to prevent any harmful vapors and the brand new industrial HVAC system not only looks great, it will provide plenty of power to heat, cool, and ventilate the entire area. To insulate the building we used a blow-in insulation throughout the walls and coated the open ceiling with a spray-on foam for an added layer of insulation. A large kitchen has been built and accompanied by brand new, stainless steel energy star certified appliance. The bathrooms feature a great tile that compliments the wall color and vanity.
