This Project Utilized many of our expertise as it involved plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, carpentering, painting etc. Taking a shell of a basement and converting into a fully functional room would usually take dealing with mutiple contractors for various work. Choosing 123 Remodelin, Inc for this project allowed Mr. kuppel the ease of having to deal with only one project manager who would answer all of his questions, be responsible for the whole project, coordinate supplies and crew effectiveness.
Ultimately this project was finished in an amazingly short period of time (Two Weeks) including permits, demolition, new lighting fixtures, new electric, drywall, shelving, carpet, baseboards, painting.
