All of our project managers have worked in the field in the past and are intimately familiar with all of the general contracting services that we offer. Our project managers, pictured below, are extremely courteous and understand that all of our estimates have a no obligation clause involved with them.
At your convenience, a 123 Remodeling representative will come to your project's location and evaluate the dynamics of your remodeling project. After that process is completed he / she will take as much time as is needed to explain every aspect of your renovation project and can give you an exact estimate of the cost of your remodeling project at that time. When you are ready to proceed with the job a contract will be signed along with a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the project's value. Payments will be made through out the duration of your project with the last payment accepted at the completion of your home improvement project a long with your signature of our project completion form. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we promise to do everything in our power to make sure that your remodeling project with us meets your complete satisfaction.
